Claims they're a people first company, which means they cater to bad employees and allow good employees to suffer. Upper management will bald face lie to you regarding your pay and do not concern themselves with if they're paying you what they're suppose to be or not. Upper management also doesn't care if you're having to deal with actively using drug addicted co-workers, as long as you are working twice as hard to get everything done. They care about nothing but the numbers and expect you to achieve them without the tools to actually do your job. If injured on the job you will be completely ignored, doctor's orders will be completely ignored, and you will consequently be treated like garbage. You will also receive multiple phone calls at all hours trying to pressure you to leave doctor's care.
