      Pros

      Very little pros, constant flow of new people to meet, maybe?

      Cons

      Work/home balance is non-existent for GMs. Regional "leadership" is there to berate you and your staff. They will offer no solutions. You have very little labor to get anything done, and regional visits are the epitome of a dog and pony show. You will work more hours than you ever have in retail. And no one will care. Insurance is terrible and VERY expensive... They will tell you that the reason they chose this "is so you have skin in the game".. promises never kept, they WILL relocate you to where THEY want you to live... Horrible company.

      Pros

      The people I work with are great. The work itself is easy.

      Cons

      Still waiting on raise I was promised a month ago, truckers can be needlessly mean, and they focus so much on your sales, it would better to go into an actual sales job. Also working at the test store is a joke. Corporate only seems to appreciate men, so if you're a woman, good luck! Was told the our faulty technology is something I'd just have to deal with and they only allow 2 people on the overnight.

      Great company values, pretty laid back as long as you're getting the job. They do care about their employees. pretty solid benefits

      Cons

      management does a very poor job at dispersing work load. very naive to how much time certain tasks might take. The most understaffed company iv'e ever worked for.
