Pros

Sometimes they had free food. It was air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Free soda.

Cons

Working with Team Leads who would rather be on their cell phones than helping new employees. A supervisor who wants to monitor your every working minute-including breaks. A bleak environment-so much so that when I pass that place I thank God I quit and no longer have to be in there. Lack of proper training and throwing someone to the wolves ahead of schedule. Training someone for 3 weeks with a non trainer-when the usual is 6 weeks with the Department trainer-and expecting immediate results when you throw someone on the phones. Daily meetings from same supervisor demanding results and for me to write down every single thing you do every minute of your miserable shift.

Pros

Decent pay but not really if you are truly working to what they want Locations everywhere Transfers possible

Cons

Boys club mentality when it comes to promotion, promotion usually means moving around the country

Pros

Good pay, benefits and weekend off.

Cons

Super high employee turnover, ridiculous deadlines, no corporate attendance policy, not enough training labor, and not much communication from corporate down to store level. Many store visits.
