      Weekly pay which is anyway useless

      Cons

      Poor management and worest politics by Desi Indian managers . Termination of the full time employment on the day itself , with out proper notice is the weirdest part in this company .

      Pros

      PFJ had a strong family culture within corporate support center employees. People supported each other and really focused on results with supporting stores, implementing improvements and keeping a marketplace competitive advantage.

      Cons

      Instead of addressing internal strategy issues or recognize poor performing business projects, the company followed an organizational consulting playbook deliverable. Executive leadership decided to 'trim the fat' -- meaning any employee above a certain age and/or income level. This move was also ironically timed with outside leadership hires from struggling or failing retail organizations.

      Pros

      Company does a lot of philanthropy work. Pay is average. Lots of great and hard working employees. The Founder is fantastic. Current management not so much.

      Cons

      Upper and middle management are totally out of touch with the people actually doing the work. Every department is run lean so plan on the expectation that you cram 12 hours of work into 8. Quantity over quality with this company. PFJ managment will step over a dollar to pick up a dime everyday.
