The reason they have continuous openings is that this company runs too tight on payroll. They burn out their employees. Management seldom has time to utilize any tools available to them. It is a study in continual crisis management. Their unwillingness to address pay necessitates hiring those that will leave shortly. Definitley not a good career stop for most. There is no family/work life balance regardless of what your told while interviewing.

Perfection is expected each day. No realistic payroll to work with. Above level management has no appreciation for team. Your boss is worried about his boss not drivers. No work life balance.
