Beware store manager

Pros

Place was always busy, days went by quickly, friendly staff, great customers.

Cons

You were treated like a robot. You are just a number, and store manager is to watch for sexual harassment. I once worked a 24 hour shift because store manager couldn't call me back to help cover a shift.

Disorganized Doesn't care about employees Expectations are impossible to meet Short staffed Employees are in and out Management requires all shift lead or above to be in a group chat where you receive any where from 50 to 100 texts or notifications a day. Was called in on almost everyday off. Employee moral was basically non existence. Everyone was angry and sad all the time. The pilot store manager did not really trust management ( even after being sent to training) to run the quick service restaurant. Or the deli.

Pros

Stable company with sound financials

Cons

Leadership is misaligned which causes confusion and chaos. Pay is ok, don't plan on getting a raise that will cover inflation. Benefits should be better and were before the change in ownership. Team members and people matter but they increase your costs of benefits.
