Pros
There are great opportunities for personal growth and learning at Flying J. Some managers give the ability to take ownership of your work and job. If working in the right department, there is great bonus potential!
Cons
They have less than competive pay for the industry. They require really long hours. Upper management isn't really people oreinted. Their health benefits are really expensive. It is hard to earn vacation (zero in your first year). There is a lack of parking at HQ.
