Pros

Meeting people from all over the country daily. Good pay and I am scheduled Monday through Friday.

Cons

No background checks or drug test for hourly employees. Very high turnover in the hourly positions. Run stores with very low payroll but expect high customer service scores.

Management shows favoritism, discrimination is not discouraged, harassment is ongoing without consequences, retaliation for bringing up concerns even when entire team agrees, high turnover

Decent bonus. Nothing too outstanding, but decent

Cons

The upper management made the job too stressful. They have outright lied to me and my bosses many times. There is no regard for sexual discrimination and ethics. Someone in HR should be watching.
