Where do I start? For myself the cons way out weigh the pros in my experience. Which is unfortunate really. I hadn't wrkd in awhile & she gave me a job. Which I was extremely grateful for. But there's this one supervisor whos just an arrogant you kno what. He made it miserable. Matter of fact most of the managers/supervisors had huge chips on their shoulders. Felt like I was in high school again..kind of unprofessional the kitchen manager. You as manager don't go gossip & talk crap about a fellow employee when it had already been addressed w/that employee & a resolution made. Tisk tisk shame on you. SMH -Another thing is I was told in my interview I would b making x amount & hired on as manager trainee. Well sometime w/n 1st wk she decided different I guess. Nobody ever said anything to me or no discussion that I was going to make 50cents less than promised n my interview which I feel was some shady stuff. Just saying..
