      Pros

      This job started out to be Good. One year later I got my vacation and that was nice but rating the job as not so well.

      Cons

      There is a lot of playing favorites at this job. If you want a job that promotes others for calling in and being on the phone all day than this might be for you. If you are hard working and show up in time be prepared for being treated like crap. In the beginning they will promise a good seclude but the end result they don't care about you or if you have time with your family only the managements family is important to them. I rate this job as very poor due to favoritism And discrimination.

      Pros

      Pilot love to promote from within. I have been there for a little over 2 years and have gone to 3 different stores. As long as you take care of them, they will do the same.

      Cons

      The hours are a bit different sometimes. But if you work to where you want to be, you should know you have to put in the work.
