Great Management and variety of good people that would help you in anyway, Work at your own skill level.

Cons

The hours and being the only one on shift for maintenance at night when during the day they have 2 to 3 employees on site to help out.

Also, a high 401(k) match. PFJ has significant involvement in local charities and allows employees a paid day off to volunteer.

Cons

Pilot Flying J corporate is a fast paced environment with little regard for life balance. Executives often express appreciation for PFJ employees as a whole, however, there is little value placed on individuals.

Great upper management; very fast pace and challenging but rewarding; if successful in your jobs/projects, you will get significant compensation in the form of bonuses.

Cons

A lot of travel; long hours; at times can be extremely stressful; Have to be on top of your game at all times and constantly give 110%, or better start looking for a new job because you will be fired. if you can excel as a PM in design and construction department, you can be successful anywhere.
