      Good company to work for in terms of opportunities to advance and grow in your career if you can get out of the Logistics department and into another department.

      Cons

      The logistics coordinator is responsible for millions of dollars in buying decisions daily and required to perform most duties of a Regional Transportation Manager however the position only pays an entry level salary due to the logistics department management only wanting to pay for employees straight out of college. The stress level of this job is overwhelming and management refuses to structure the workload to help alleviate the stress. The department is ran too lean to be able to provide an acceptable work stress level. 12+ hour days with no break is a common occurrence due to the workload.
