      Pros

      Customers are the best! They really appreciated all the hard work I put into my job for them.

      Cons

      In all the years I have worked I have never been so discriminated against. The manager openly plays favorites. You can only be promoted if Mgr. likes you . Then he will basically hold your hand and coddle you through your job so you look good to the regional mgr. And if necessary will do some of your work and talk you up so that you look better to the regional. Mgr has told other employees that will not promote someone because of medical condition and age.!!! So E.E.O.C. Here I come with proof!!!!!! Every day I work harder and more complete for the company then the person that was promoted! !!!!!

      Pros

      Flexible schedules, time off requests are almost always granted. Coworkers are more like family than just the people I work with.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. Cannot run a 24/7 business and expect pristine conditions with no labor budget to work with.
