      Weekly pay. I have no other positive things to say about this crap hole. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

      Customers are very rude. Management is horrible! Very little pay. Quitting that job was the best thing that has ever happened to me. Bad location. Had to work through unpaid breaks. GM on restaurant side sits on her butt all day scrolling Facebook on her phone. Forced to stay late when replacement doesn't come in on time, yet you get in trouble for staying late anyways. Favoritism is a bad issue.

      Time goes by fast, there is always a lot to do. Always paid on time and is fun if you have a strong store team.

      Cons

      No extra help, No more salary after Feb. 27. for the GSM position, formerly Travel Center Manager 50 hrs a week. Company restructuring. We were told a few weeks ago Pilot is basically mgr. heavy and you either have to relocate or take a demotion if you are not picked for the Manager position for the store you are currently in.TCM/GSM's are handed the work the GM doesn't feel like doing while they sit in the office and paid roughly 20k less a year. Soon to be 30k less a year. Company is also under a criminal investigation due to the theft of rebate money from many trucking companies.

      The people. Getting to know drivers from all over.

      Cons

      Rude drivers. Could be very disrespectful at time. Management, especially the DM of our area, didn't care about employees. All about meeting numbers.
