Pros
As Flying J before it became Pilot run was a great company to work for. But, now it is very different in the sense that you are expected to work 55 to 60 hrs. per week no matter what every week. And you are only scheduled for 47.50; the same reason I had to get out of my last Management position.
Cons
Now that it is Pilot run they are replacing all levels of management with "Pilot" managers everywhere. So beware if you are looking at their ladder to climb!
