      Pros

      You work on a very interesting problem with the ability to learn new technology.

      Cons

      Terrible management all round. The rot started from the top and percolated to highly inexperienced middle management. Leadership lacked courage and was ready to throw people under the bus. Pay was crap for the work with on call support that would sometimes happen at midnight.

      Lack of transparency

      Pindrop embrace a Fully Remote workplace. Talented tech professionals.

      Cons

      Leadership and members of the Board of Directors only look for their own interest. There are no transparency in regards to business initiatives and the financial health of the company.
