Pros

- Management listens to concerns and acts on them. If you report something in the monthly anonymous survey, it will usually get addressed. - Sales / business side does a great job. If you build something great, it will get used. - Company is disciplined. It looks for opportunities within / near its niche. There's expansion, but no wild pivots. - Best in class products produced by high-talent folks. - Employees are passionate about tech, and teach each other up-and-coming languages / technologies.

Cons

- Company is big enough that you might not know where a request or decision came from, or the reasons for it. And sometimes requests get lost in translation along the way. - The customer-adjacent roles (CS, Research, QA) often get stuck patching up rushed projects.

Fast paced with a strong mission

Pros

Incredibly driven and intelligent people. We're working on a real problem and the we're in a unique situation to have a very positive global impact on fraud prevention. People are motivated to win, but have fun in the process. A year at Pindrop is equivalent to 3 years anywhere else in regards to what you'll be exposed to and what you'll learn.

Cons

The pace. Some people thrive and are excited about this type of challenging environment, but for some it is too much to handle. Don't come here if you're looking for a 9 to 5. This isn't a con really, just a heads up.
