      Pros

      Remote first company that fully support working from home. Full support for the cost of the initial home office setup to the monthly coverage for cell phone and internet. Unlimited PTO to allow for maximum flexibility for time away from work. Extremely diverse work culture and focus on ensuring employees are taken care for the best work/life balance

      Cons

      Still a growing company, things break and don't always work as expected. Lots of priorities and finding the right items to focus on next can lead to frustration at times.
