The quality of the talent is far and wide top notch. The vast majority of folks are super helpful, always willing to understand and help solve a problem. The leadership team operates with transparency and integrity. Personally, the ability to work fully remote and the comprehensive compensation package are both very attractive features of employment at Pindrop. Lunch and learn sessions and other social activities are encouraged and supported. HR is always willing to take feedback and consider new ideas.

Cons

There is always a lot of work going on, which demands focus and might be otherwise distracting, overall not a big impediment for folks used to fast pace environments
