Pros

It's hard to match elsewhere the intersection of so many things going right at the same time. The product lines have well-defined markets with plenty of opportunity for expansion and collaboration-driven, teams to move them forward. The company is growing at an incredible pace and challenges presented the will garner triple the experience you'd get anywhere else.

Cons

Soaring growth brings with it issues like shifting requirements and mounting tech debt in the face of very tight deadlines. Any breakdown in communication between department can lead to difficult to adjust situations where commitments are made to the customer without proper planning. This has greatly improved recently but there is more work to be done.

Pros

Technology is interesting and cool but it’s complex and difficult to sell. Bagels provided on Monday’s and lunch provided every Friday.

Cons

Management team is one of the worst I have ever seen and this trickles down to the rest of the company. The CEO is not a leader, treats his employees horribly and has his board completely fooled.

Pros

Good technology for 2016. There is far better tech that works a lot better than Pindrop. Customers are not renewing contracts.

Cons

Very bad leadership. They do not care about you or anyone else but themselves. I have seen them hire someone, he flies in to start his first day and they tell them they changed their minds. Trying to do to much to fast. A lot is being missed.
