Pros

- Exec Mgmt is very open: company goals, what's working, what's not - Pro-remote office - Lots of company perks and awesome onsites - Monthly All Hands with CEO - Huge overall company growth potential

Cons

- Risks and uncertainties around being a startup - Areas where internal processes and/or products are not mature, results in lots of additional make-up work

Pros

Pindrop employees know what they are doing and are very nice. I haven't had a manager like the one I have now at Pindrop. Even my VP is humble and the way he talks to you makes you feel you are important for the company.

Cons

I have been working with Windows during all my career. When I was hired by Pindrop , i noticed all the laptops are MAC. i had to go learn how to operate MAC which is not a con, but that's the only issue I had.

Pros

Pindrop employs incredibly smart people and uses the best tools on the market. The sales team is equipped with premier technology to be more efficient and effective in outbound activity. There are catered lunches every Friday which allow employees to interact and have great conversations. The entire office is friendly and open to assist with any effort. The company invests in its employees and develops them through both internal and external training. It is exciting to be on the forefront of a new technology, but also unnerving at times for those not prepared for the responsibility. Every day is a rush and I am blessed to say I look forward to coming into work.

Cons

Due to the intense pressure to perform, there can be times of paranoia on job security, however, if you're contributing value and generating revenue, you're obviously not going anywhere. It can be difficult to see career growth for some positions. It is a high pressure and intense environment so one cannot expect anything different.
