      Pros

      Very positive atmosphere, from the top down. The largest collection/highest percentage of highly skilled and motivated people I've seen in one place. Every company *says* they value talent, it's refreshing to work somewhere that actually does. Respectful of weekends and scheduled PTO. Have seen a number of promotions and recognition of contribution or contributors.

      Cons

      Going through some pains associated with expanding into new products and a larger number of open initiatives.

      Pros

      Fast-paced environment with truly unique, cutting edge software. No one else has "phoneprint" technology. The ROI is easy to explain to potential customers. Pindrop's customer base is enviable.

      Cons

      To be expected start-up issues: internal communication, product development hiccups.
