Pros

Great culture and perks. Relaxed environment. Highly talented people.

Cons

Very fast paced (more of a pro though), not conducive to work from home, pains associated with growing at such a pace. No 401k match.

Pros

Unique proposition, clever IP and technology - it really does find lots of telephone fraud that companies miss. There are some really great people on the team. They have acquired some big $ deals from some big enterprise names. You can make good money in sales, but its a moon shot. The vision & story that is pitched sounds amazing and futuristic, but ...……….

Cons

Everything about what the company does is overly hard & overly complex. It is essentially a one product company that has 18-24 sales cycles, 6-9 month evals, a painfully hard contracting process and 9-12 months to deploy. This all means the cost is front end loaded for clients and hard / lengthy for for them to see ROI or value. On top of that, the “real” addressable market is much smaller than they would have you believe - only the really large financial companies, with a recognized & big fraud problem in a big call centre and millions to spend to fix it. Sadly the futurisic vision painted by the charismatic CEO is not something thats even close to reality. As a result, the sales team consistently miss the lofty goals & ARR growth expectations, big customers churn out and there is systemic problem with WW sales culture & performance. They are therefore losing lots of good people across all functions and did a recent lay off to control cash burn. All this is creating a negative and degrading internal culture, which is not helped by the weak senior leadership and dominating character of the CEO.
