      Pros

      Some smart people still left, however not sure for how long as people completely de moralised.

      Cons

      Company is failing to grow and hit targets, it’s time has passed, poor management & misleading MBO’s / unpaid compensation is leading to good people leaving the company.

      Pros

      - you'll work with very smart people - great work environment - great product and sales story - the best proven ROI I have ever seen

      Cons

      - fast growing company, hiring more people than they actually need. This results in layoffs if business is not growing. You should think twice before giving up a save job. - currently in the process to move from on prem to cloud. This move takes a while to get products and stuff aligned - most management not really standing in for people - way to much venture capital resulting in the fact that investors take decisions and not the CEO
