Great team! Lots of room to learn about things that really interest you, even if there is not an open position at that time for movement in that direction. Supportive environment all around. I have a name, I am not just an employee ID number. Management really cares. You can reach out to anyone in any department, and it's never an uncomfortable experience. The willingness to teach is amazing!

Cons

Sometimes the availability of a position is determined by your location since the company is international, which can sometimes be limiting, but it does not stop you from being allowed to and encouraged to learn about that path anyway.

The people, the product, and the culture are all pros with Pipedrive. They have fantastic leadership that has a clear goal for growth and they communicate frequently with everyone in the company. The benefits are the best I've ever had at any company. They truly care about your wellbeing.

None that I can see at this point. The best company I've ever been apart of.
