Pros

Chill and flexible working environment. Fun and nice people to work with. Nice health benefits. If you are a junior it is a nice place to learn.

Cons

-The salaries are way lower than the industry average. -Promotion process is half broken. -I think that there is a huge culture mismatch between the C level managers and employees. US methods simply do not work in Estonian majority company.
