New leadership will hopefully add stability that was lacking with constant changes in C-suite and upper management.

Cons

Job stability - company is constantly evolving and trying to 'optimize' growth while also cutting any costs they can. 3 years of lay offs due to lack of sales numbers. Middle managment gets shortend of the stick because they are expected to execute on company vision while consistently being undermined by there leadership. Promised techonology fails to deliver on execution. Sales promising the world to clients to close deals that leaves operations in a tough spot to deliver.

Work from home was a thing for many departments way before the pandemic

Work overload in many departments and no real training offered in a lot of departments.

Stressful work environment, then get laid off

Nice coworkers, cushy office environment, can work remotely once you're hired on full time.

Cons

Prone to layoffs, very stressful environment with heavy workload, especially 4th quarter, micromanagement from the director in Florida via constant emails, the job is stressful in general. They mostly hire temps, and pay about 14 when the job typically goes for 40-50k, and then lay people off after open enrollment period.
