The people Dublin CA employees) are what made the work environment a great place to work. It was a family atmosphere, fun and productive at the beginning. They laid off without notice.

Cons

Once management and other divisions of PHL were under the challenging industry changes they never took care of their faithful employees. PHL laid everyone off all employees in Dublin CA office without notice or even a decent severance package.
