Pros

There's very cool tech here, and the employees are all smart and intelligent. Lots of offices in Germany, Amsterdam and America allow for work travel if you want it.

Cons

The politics here get in the way of a lot of the cool technology. There's a new corporate re-organization every month. People come in and out of favor, being promoted and then getting laid off the next. CEO and other higher ups are always in defense mode, pitting themselves against employees in all-hands meetings, and leaving managers to mop up afterwards.

From the top down it's a highly toxic environment with departments always at odds. Seems like nobody at this company recognizes they are on the same team. It's no surprise why they have exceptionally high turnover.

I have been with this company a few years now.

Cons

They consistently do not care about their employees. There is super high turn over which make everyone else have to work double the hours to keep up. They do not have competitive pay. On top of that, they claim to have issues with the commission plans and in my 2.5 yrs here, I have never received pay for it. They say they are looking into it but nothing ever changes. On top of this, they expect you to work endless hours. There is also no one to talk about it with since managers are so swamped they can not even meet for 1:1s.
