- Work with some of the smartest people in the industry - Management is fantastic - The mission is super cool! - We work hard but everyone is supportive of having a good work-life balance

Cons

- We are still growing so it is all-hands on deck sometimes! You can use this to learn and grow quickly whereas at a more established company you may have to wait years to try new things

Cons

start-up growing very quickly, so its a non-stop shuffle. Plus or minus, depends on your preference.

I have been at Planet for over 3 years. I love everything about the mission and the company. It is a tremendously fabulous company doing exceptionally important work.

Cons

Too disruptive, too much awesome, too many opportunities.... if those are cons, but in a way I would suppose all the cons are actually strengths
