Pros

Great culture, employees are varied and dedicated. Building satellites is fun. It goes against the stereotypes of aerospace.

Cons

For such a high-risk field, it's still startuppy and hasn't quite got its HR procedures together. Also they need a bigger office, but SF crowdedness is understandable.

Pros

Working on very interesting problems. Lots of smart people. Growing quickly and in an exciting area.

Cons

Terrible people management. Working on improving growth opportunities and finding better fits, but still have a way to go. People are let go with no notice, no chance to say goodbye, no reason. They are clearly struggling with how to manage the human side of the startup since it is a completely engineering-driven culture.
