A manipulative executive team that knows how to churn and burn talent as long as they are billable.

Pros

Decent intro to Microsoft and reputation with their public sector team but really just another contracting company that eats talent until it cannot sell it any more then throws it aside.

Cons

The worst part is that the insincerity and manipulation comes from the very top. A smile and a dagger to the back are both guaranteed. No real budget or time for training unless you are willing to sacrifice 3/4 of your life for no additional pay to train on your own time and dime. Never consider yourself safe or valued - you are cattle. Some of the most talented people I know were thrown from this train and are at the best companies in the world wondering why and how they were conned into earning money for this backwater paranoia factory.

- Working remotely - Some of the people are great

Cons

- Management is toxic and controlling - Micromanagement is the word of the day - It's the good ol' boys club - No bonuses or raises. If you don't negotiate this, you will never get a raise or bonus - Benefits are meh - Values are touted that are not followed - There are never enough people to work on a project, then it's your fault if something is wrong - Leadership's fingers are sore from pointing blame at workers - Too much work thrown at you to do a decent job -
