Pros

I have been working in Host Analytics for 8+ years... Great place to grow and thrive as a professional. A good work-life balance. Found respectful, supportive and knowledgeable team. I am proud to be a part of #1 EPM Cloud vendor who is obsessed with customer success. The pay is decent, the benefits and bonuses are great. Management is transparent and always there to mentor you.

Cons

Cloud EPM is a niche, you always have to be ready to adapt and evolve.

Great Learning Opportunity

Pros

As someone who came into Host lacking experience in my field, I've had many opportunities to pursue areas of interest and delve deeper and more broadly into technology/technical areas than I could with at much larger and more siloed organizations. In general, everyone at the firm is very supportive of one another and despite the management transition in recent months, there's a lot of good developments on the horizon. We also joined the Silicon Valley party and instituted free meals and upgraded our snack-game.

Cons

Normal concerns regarding new management and future performance but they seem to have a very focused vision of the future. Market for our products seems competitive given our niche space in SaaS. My bone to pick has more to do with where I live but the firm is a solid 1.5 hour commute away.

We're glad you like the snacks and meals as much as we do and thank you for your review! Looking ahead to our future we have any initiatives in place to continuously elevate ourselves in the market from a product, company and employee perspective. With regards to the office location, we hear you! We're currently evaluating our facilities and finding more centrally located offices that are much easier for our employees to commute to and we hope to be able to share some updates soon!

Pros

Good pay, kitchen is stocked with food, the technology they have is the best in the EPM space.

Cons

Culture: very cliquey, Went through a CEO change during my time there
