CRO is good and definitely an upgrade over previous. Customers love the product Ample parking, frequent food catering, Nice office though only one bathroom

Cons

Executives are fleeing. CEO is very difficult to work with, indecisive and socially incapable. Focused on competition rather than on the company. Will let the problem grow till it becomes a crisis. Antiquated software for filing expenses Bureaucratic finance processes slow reimbursements and commissions

- Very nice office - Good HR leadership - Good product

Cons

- Major retention problems - Very toxic and political environment - Getting killed by competition - Did a lot of work just to please the CEO and was purely political. Had no business value - My management team frowned on taking PTO and sick time - Lack of direction, support, and feedback from management - Poor work life balance - Management runs in circles trying to please the CEO even if they don't agree with his business decisions - Unstable company to work for

- A great office in Redwood City

- Major retention issue-- more than half of the sales team left the company in 2016 - Recently lost their CMO-- have had 2 in the last 18 months - The company isn't growing and has stayed around 600 customers - Lead flow is non existent and is the biggest reason why sales reps aren't successful - Low base salary for an SDR in the peninsula
