Good people, competitive salary. Also the working atmosphere and conditions are nice.

Cons

Higher management is often clueless of what's happening in the real world. Tasks can be challenging once in a while but usually the work is rather repetitive.

*Playtech is a multicultural international company - so you get challenges and experience *Playtech values it's long-term employees - more benefits over time *Tartu's office is great! *Average employees age is ~30y PS! As it is registred on Londons main stockmarket, it has to obtain it's good name
