Top managers often don't know what they do and experiment. To get a salary raise you have to struggle and lie.

Pros

Excellent career opportunities, fair benefits and custom designed offices. The company is investing a lot to create a good working environment and for those who give efforts and show commitment offers an attractive stock options program.

Cons

As with most organizations there are people who do get stuck on their positions and are unable to continue their career in the company. I do believe that this is rather an issue with individuals and not with the company mentality and culture.
