Great offices, professional colleges, and a great location in Kyiv.
Cons
Lack of basic corporate values. Top and senior management is not transparent. Nepotism in the corporate. People without any academic degrees or backgrounds in software development were promoted to the positions of directors, VPs, and C-level managers in the R&D department. Many managers without needed communication and tech skills in key management roles. Dysfunctional HR department without attention to employees' problems. The site manager that managed the Kyiv R&D center till 2019 was a very unprofessional, arrogant person without the appropriate leadership and communication skills needed for such a position.
