Pros

Playtech are a huge company with lots of big clients so you do get to actually work on software that is used by a lot of people, which is pretty interesting. They are often hiring so you have a lot of scope to move to team lead roles and do mentoring.

Cons

They have bought up lots of other companies so you might be spending a lot of time integration with sub standard technologies. We also had to do a fairly insulting personality / honesty test after working there for a couple of years.

The are lot of opportunities in Playtech! Company really cares about people.

Cons

As company grows, the more bureaucratic stuff appears. You have to understand that this is not a strart up and I can take years to get new technologies inside your work.
