I absolutely love my coworkers. The employee benefits are also great. Hybrid work schedule.

Cons

It's a very toxic work environment. The other reviews here on Glassdoor are very true. Ever since our founder stepped down, the new CEO has been incredibly toxic and horrible. You are expected to be on call at all hours of the day because "our Ambassadors demand it". Yet, these Ambassadors are failing to do their job to sell our products which is resulting in top Diamond Reps to leave.

The people culture in great, profit sharing to everyone, benefits are good.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Lack of trust, micromanaged, bullying with instilling fear to make decisions, no career path growth opportunities for ICs, very poor communication from leaders to individual contributors. Executives dictate what they want to happen without listening to the experts they have hired. Very reactive environment to what the distributors want at any given moment and no real forecasting of sales or marketing efforts.
