Narcissistic, abusive Enterprise Sales Management

Pros

Company continues to innovate and differentiate

Cons

Enterprise Sales Management, from the top down, only care about themselves and the friends they bring on board. There is no equal opportunity to succeed here. Being berated is a common, management tactic. They push you to do unnatural tasks and then cover themselves by pointing the blame at you when it blows up

You become a employee ID and not a person

Pros

They really try to create a culture similar to Silicon Valley

Cons

As the company grew, they forgot about the people who helped build it. If you don't fit in the new executives "special roles" you're out.
