Pros

There are too many great things to say about this company. People understand people. The culture is a game changer and other companies should keep watch and hold Pluralsight as the standard.

Cons

The only con I could think of would be Salaries. There are job positions at Pluralsight that simply do not exists in other companies so it is difficult to measure. Some positions get paid great, while other equally important positions do not. However, Pluralsight is a company that I would work for over any other company even if the salary was lower..

Pros

The leadership is incredible. I know that I am trusted and a valued member of the company. We have a ton of great benefits like: -Competitive Salaries -Free food -Cool lounge -Food brought in twice a week -Life changing product -A true feeling of making a difference

Cons

honestly, there isn't really anything that I can complain about. There are always little things at every company but the pros FAR outweigh any cons.

Pros

I love the ability to innovate and take leadership on projects that help the company's growth and development. I really enjoy the culture and people that I work with. Having the freedom to do your best at all times with the best interest of the company in mind, allows me and others to really focus on high priority items and well the wise used of our time. The culture pf Pluralsight is a culture of collaboration and partnership. In conclusion, I love working at Pluralsight.

Cons

Like with any other company that is in high growth and development, there are a lot of projects and strategies that need to be implemented. There are some processes and things that are not in place which in general takes longer to do or implement things. This will come with time given that we are all working towards it.
