Pros

Compensation, benefits, culture, values, trust

Cons

I don't find challenges working here. If there is ever an issue, it is discussed amongst the team or whoever should be involved and it is fixed

Pros

Pluralsight provides benefits that really support employees in their work life balance (open PTO policy). The founders seek to do more than just provide jobs but help people advance in their careers and create something meaningful every day.

Cons

As with any fast growing startup, growth means frequent changes, which are sometimes difficult to adjust to quickly.

Pros

Coming to work at Pluralsight has been a complete paradigm shift for me. Before working here I assumed working at a company had to involve a top-down management structure, a nervous HR department, and a 50-page employee handbook. Pluralsight, instead, trusts their employees. They've created a work environment that is positive and productive. Pluralsight celebrates diversity in their employees and in ideas.

Cons

I am pleased with all aspects of my job, so I don't have anything to share. I only wish I found this company sooner.
