Despite a challenging business environment, we have worked hard to keep our base benefits (like Unlimited time off and our healthcare and wellness benefits) competitive. As you know, bonus funding and merit are both based on company and individual performance, making it more difficult to provide amounts in the recruiting process. Thanks to feedback from candidates and team members, we have implemented processes to enhance communication and transparency.
