This is a group of mostly very nice people.

Cons

This is a leaderless organization that seems to be focused on purchasing their competition rather than improving what they do to become competitive.

Not the best place to work at

Pros

Receive overtime after 8 hrs of work per day. breaks after 2.45 hrs of work. Can bid on jobs after 3 month's probation for more pay.

Cons

12 hrs a day. Leaders are sometimes excessive in how they ask people to do things. locked pay rate, only way to move up in wage is by getting better spots and bid on job postings. usually extremely hot, you will sweat regardless.

Pros

management does not care at all so they leave you alone.

Cons

Department Managers don't have a clue because they don't care. The supervisors cried about wanting more money so the company decide to give them a day off a week so they are never there and they don't know what is going on.
