Location the office and I was paid fairly, but that’s literally it

Cons

There are literally no perks to working there. No work from home, snacks, team/department outings, etc. I’ve never seen a company with such a lack of culture. The work of two people is given to individual contributors and is multipled from the constant turnover. Favoritism is so strong to people who don’t do any real work and some “leaders” are just plain bullies. They refused to accept the world is changing and consumers aren’t receiving information the way they used to anymore. Voiced concerns never result in actual change. Good luck to anyone who sticks around to see through the NCI merger!

There are no positives to working here. Run.

Cons

Terrible uneducated Management- they do not care about employees and are unwilling to listen to any new ideas. Long, difficult hours and if a minimum of 10 hours or more are not worked you are looked at as lazy.

Based on the information you provided, I'm not sure if you worked in a corporate office or manufacturing plant, but our standard operating hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm.
