Pros

Ownership: Here, you "think like a founder." This isn’t about buzzwords - it’s about rolling up your sleeves, making decisions, and owning outcomes. It’s genuine, it’s rewarding, and it’s challenging. Constant Learning: Five years in, and no two days are the same. There’s always a new challenge to tackle, a problem that needs solving. It keeps you on your toes. Pace: We move fast, but with purpose. The success of businesses worldwide relies on our platform, and that significance isn't lost on anyone here. Open Dialogue: The hierarchy doesn't mirror the communication structure. Whether you're just starting out or have been here for years, your input is both sought and valued. Balanced Optimism: While we’re always aware of potential hurdles, we approach them with a proactive, solution-oriented, can-do mindset.

Cons

The startup grind is real. The pace, expectations, and responsibility can be a lot, especially when everything feels urgent.

Pros

Podium is a good place to work if you are just beginning in the world of SaaS sales.

Cons

The company is too focused on sales. There is not enough balance leading to over promises, product gaps, support issues, etc. Podium has traditionally been revenue growth focused and not product focused. The culture is very salesy and the executive team as well. I do not recommend.

Pros

Team members are great, catered lunch once a week or every other week, snacks, free swag, and decent pay.

Cons

The entire Executive team is legit crazy. I’ve never worked for a more micromanaged company in my life. People got in trouble for not working at 4:45 on Friday (later mandated that you had to be at your desk at 8:00 until 5:00 pm, no exceptions). They have a decide now, think later approach to almost any problem. No job security. They had two lay offs within seven months of each other. Wouldn’t be surprised if another came by end-of-year.
