      At Podium, you will find passionate founders with big vision that care deeply about their customers and employees. This is something rare, and the leaders at Podium are some of the very best. It is thrilling and addictive to sell such an effective and relatable product to business owners that make up the heart of local communities. Podium continues to adapt, learn and set up people to grow their career and is constantly focused on delivering longterm value to its customers.

      Pressure to perform is a constant reality and you must love that type of environment in order to succeed consistently.

      Pros

      Since the company is still in the beginning stages and relatively small, you are able to make a big impact. There is a lot of opportunity to promote and increase your earnings. Regular town halls give employees a lot of insight in to the company's progress and builds a lot of excitement. The fast paced environment keeps you on your toes. It is a challenging place to work but also very rewarding. The company is also big on culture and I have been able to network and make a lot of friends.

      Cons

      Some of the pros can also be the cons. The constant at Podium is change, which is not ideal for all employees. The sales org is so vital to the success of the company so it can be a high pressure and high stress environment. During my time here several people have been let go rather abruptly which can be unsettling and make you feel less secure in your role. We also went through a layoff in December of 22. It was hard to see so many valuable employees go.

      Pros

      Great company culture and honest. I was laid off due to unfavorable economic circumstances but I felt like the company was still honest with me and did their best to help me improve as a Product Manager.
