      Great company, for Growth Oriented Professionals

      Pros

      - Clear KPI’s - Opportunities for growth as an IC or Leader - Senior and executive leaders have a clear vision for the company - Solid base product, complimented by a product/design team that has the vision to transform product over the next few years - Great sales leadership and IC’s, who want to collaborate with CX counterparts

      Cons

      - Culture around hitting KPIs can lead to burnout for some - Hustle culture can be a negative for those who want to only work 9-5 - High turnover in CS/CX in recent years, due to strategic decisions from execs who’re not longer with the company. This in slowly being repaired, but made 2021/2022 turbulent for most customer facing roles.

      Pros

      Honestly miss the social aspect and energy at the company. (Posting because Glassdoor is requiring me to do something in order to use the site.)

      Cons

      I struggled with some of the new management that came in. I felt devalued and put down in many ways.
