The vision and mission is tangible here. Its very clear what the goals are and what it take to get there. The platform that we sell is incredible and has a direct impact on helping business's succeed. Career growth is clear and if you apply yourself you can do VERY well. I started out as 2.5 years ago. In that time i've promoted from SDR to AE within 6 months, was a top performer as an AE, after 10 months in a closing role I promoted to sale leadership - I currently run a team of account executives. I feel challenged, stretched, and fulfilled. I feel like I have an impact and have control of the outcome.
Cons
Because of an evolving platform that is constantly being improved & adding new features Podium moves fast. This helps us keep the competitive edge. If you lack buy in or commitment to stretching your abilities and hitting big goals you could potentially have a hard time here.
