Pros

I've worked in Sales at Podium for over 5 years now and it's been quite the ride. Like most rides, there are ups and downs but in the end you walk away feeling exhilarated, happy you went on it, and ready to go again! That has been my experience working at Podium. Sales isn't for everyone. Because you have the ability to make more than anyone else in the company you have to be able to deal with the stress and pressure that comes with the role. I know that there are a lot of different salespeople that have worked, are currently working, or will work at Podium that will have a different experience than me. That's fine. My experience though has been exciting, challenging, rewarding, and life-changing. Jump in with two feet and work your butt off and you will be happy you made the move to work here.

Pros

Podium, although challenging, is what you make of it. I've struggled at times. I'm not even doing that great right now tbh BUT I do know this from my time here - if you stay focused, commit, and have real discipline with your daily work, you can do really well. If you require special treatment, coddling, belly scratches, snuggles, naps, and snack packs you probably won't cut it here. To those considering Podium, bring your A game, and leave the excuses at the door. In the end, it is up to you to work smart, remain focused and push aside the self-doubt that comes to us all in our profession. Success is up to you. Your mindset is key. To those still working at Podium writing entire tomes about a lack of success, attention atrocities, unfair nap schedules, and fewer juice box options, all while refusing to take personal accountability - its probably just time to move along.

Cons

It could be more fun.
